After quarters of disappoint HTC Corp (TPE:2498) is back with the bang; the Taiwanese smartphone maker’s recent debutant HTC One is being appreciated worldwide. The overwhelming response has encouraged the company to introduce scaled-down low-price version of HTC One, to known as HTC One Mini aka HTC M4. And, this time company has decided to take arch rival Samsung head-to-head in small screen premium Smartphone market. While Samsung is also gearing up to launch Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini with lowered specs, HTC has decide to keep many commendable features of HTC One intact in HTC One Mini. Definitely the move will provide HTC an extra edge over Samsung if farmer is able to tag HTC One Mini with right pricing.

According to HTC One Mini leaked UA profile, the smaller screen smartphone will come with 720 X 1280p HD screen which is clearer and sharper than Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini that contains qHD 540 X 960 pixel display. Besides, HTC One Mini would also be guarded with Aluminum body to provide a classy look. HTC is trying to leverage upon the success of HTC One, rated worlds best phone with fantastic four features, and therefore avoiding aggressive corner-cutting moves to discount its pricing.

The 4.3 inch screen size HTC One Mini would be holding Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 Mhz dual-core processor, ultra mega pixel rear camera, 2 GB of RAM, 3G/4G + WiFi, 16 GB of internal storage. The phone will be powered by Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Beans) along with HTC’s proprietary Sense UI.

HTC could launch the HTC One Mini in August this year – just at the time when Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini would be witnessing market response and users may be willing to grab 4.3 inch power-packed Smartphone.
