Building relationships help ensure productivity and ensure everyone stays on the same page. There’s no room for micromanaging here, which can create a bottleneck in your project that stalls efficiency and productivity.
Conduct reviews. As a project manager or business owner, it can be difficult to gauge the success of high-level status of a project without speaking with other team members consistently.
