Interestingly, it is the first time when a brand crossed the $200-billion threshold.

With 11 in the top 25, the Technology Brands continued to dominate 2019 Forbes’ list.
Google ranks second among the world’s top brands 2019 for the fourth straight year, with a brand value of $167.7 billion. That’s an impressive 27% YoY increase in its brand value.
It is important to note that the world’s top 5 most valuable brands are worth a cumulative $684.4 billion, up 16.89% from the last year.
Stands at 3rd and 4th spots in the Forbes list of most valuable brands, Microsoft and Amazon, both witnessed an applaudable 20% and 37% YoY growth in their 2019 brand value, respectively.
Surprisingly, Facebook is the only brand among the top 10 most valuable brands in the world whose brand value fell to $88.9 billion in 2019, from $94.8 billion in 2018. That represents a notable 6% YoY decline in value.
Coca-Cola, once among the top 5 brands, brand value inched up 3% YoY to $59.2 billion in 2019.
The biggest winners or say gainers in the world’s 25 most valuable brands 2019 are Amazon (37%), Google (27%), Microsoft (20%), Louis Vuitton (17%), while the biggest losers are GE (-8%), Facebook (-6%), BMW (-5%).
