Many times we have seen Sachin Tendulkar – A Real Hore and lone human who holds a “Word record of having Word Records”, saving India when in dire straits several times on the cricket field, but out of ground also he kept on prooving himself.
On his recent and low highlighted activity, he has helped one of his former Team mate Dalbir Singh Gill by paying all his bills for operation. Dalbir Singh Gill and Sachin were team mates under 17 team for India once. Gill met with a road accident in 2002, after which he suffered major injuries to his legs. He was in coma for eight months and had lost the power to walk. Gill’s mother says she had written to Tendulkar telling of her son’s plight, and he offered to help. Now Gill has undergone a hip replacement surgery, which Sachin generously paid for.
Soft spoken, well balanced in his life style, Sachin immediately responded with his help to Gill’s mother. More importantly he never shouted and spoke about this in media unlike our political leaders and many celebrities. This makes him furthermore respectable and admirable person among the people.
