RCom to launch IPTV services across in Mumbai & Delhi. One of the larget Mobile service provider in india, Reliance Communications ( RCom) hs planned to launch Internet Protocol Television services ( IPTV) in Mumbai & delhi in next 3 months, a top official informed. In the past, MTNL and BSNL have launched IPTV. The Asia-Pacific IPTV market revenues are projected to cross the $3-billion mark by 2013.
