Facebook To Invest $150 Million, To Hire 500 People in India
US-based social networking site Facebook is expected to launch its India operations from Hyderabad in less than two months. Facebook, which has more than 500 million active users worldwide, including nearly 8 million subscribers in India, reportedly plans to invest $150 million in the initial phases and recruit close to 500 people for running its India operations.
