Online marketplace eBay India has introduced eBay Guarantee under which the company promises to offer eBay buyers a replacement or refund on all transactions in case they do not receive the item or are not fully satisfied with the product they purchased. According to the company, eBay Guarantee is aimed at instilling consumer confidence in online shopping. According to eBay, the guarantee covers both the product price and shipping charges and is valid on all transactions on eBay India (ebay.in) and eBay Global Easy Buy (ebay.in/geb) regardless of payment method (PaisaPay, cheque, demand draft or cash on delivery).
