Firmex Wins 2019 Stevie Awards for Customer Service

Firmex is a Toronto-based solution for virtual data and secure document sharing. The Gold Stevie® Award has been conferred on them for their customer services in the Technology Industries. This makes the fourth time the company has been awarded a Stevie® Award. Years 2014-2015 the company won a Bronze Stevie in Computer Services and 2013 their first Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service Team. The Stevie® Awards have recognized the world over as the highest customer service award given every year.

Who is Awarded

This year the award was given during a banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. More than 700 executives from around the world were present. The rigorous selection process this year included as many as 2700 nominations from as many as 45 countries.

Among the executive guests were the company CEO Joel Lessem who spoke how proud the company was for being chosen as the recipients of the Steve® Award for 2019 and was especially proud of how much being awarded the Gold Stevie® in 2019 reflects the “level of passion and commitment” the company has for all of its clients. CEO Joel Lessem emphasized the many teams who were responsible for the recognition the Steve® Award gave and focused on the demonstration of the skills and understanding of the business, as well as the people skills all of the company teams exercised throughout the year.
