Apple’s revenue from the Americas increased a 6.6% YoY to $29,322 million in fiscal Q4 2019.

Europe is the second-largest segment, accounted for 23.3% of the company’s total revenue in fiscal Q4 2019. Despite that, Apple revenue from Europe region declined to $14,946 million during the fourth quarter, from $15,382 million during the same period a year ago.

Surprisingly, Greater China, which is the world’s largest smartphone market, has witnessed a notable 2.4% year-over-year decline in its revenue from Apple’s products and services. The lower iPhone sales were the main reason behind the decreased revenue from the region.

Apple’s revenue from Japan in fiscal Q4 2019 declined to $4,982 million, from $5,161 million in Q4 2018 – representing 3.46% YoY decline.

In fiscal Q1 2019, Apple revenue from Americas was $36,940 million – the highest-ever till date.

While the Europe and Japan region posted its highest-ever revenue in fiscal Q1 2018. It is important to note that the first fiscal quarter of 2018 was the biggest-ever quarter in Apple’s history in terms of revenue from a new iPhone lineup – iPhone X. Apple witnessed a significant year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter increase in its FY Q1 revenue across all major regions.
