Launched on August 02, 2016, Instagram Stories is a feature that allows users to post as many photos and videos as they want only to get disappear after 24 hours and won’t appear on his/her profile grid or in the feed.

Interestingly, Instagram Stories feature rapidly gained the popularity among teens, and within 2 months of its launch, the number of daily active Instagram Stories users crossed the 100 million mark, globally.
