The quarterly sales of iPhone peaked in fiscal Q1 2017, when Apple sold 78.29 million units of iPhone. The sales of iPhone in Q1 2017 fiscal was largely driven by the unparalleled demand for iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus, which was the highlight of the year.
The worldwide sales of iPhone in the recent quarters has been below than expectations. In fiscal Q3 2018, Apple sold 41.3 million units of iPhone, which was the negligible YoY quarterly growth in the sales of iPhone.
