In terms of customer satisfaction, Apple’s iPad dominates over other Tablets with 848  points (on a 1,000-point scale), follows by Amazon with 841 points. Tablet owners (having smartphone as well) spend 40% more time on their tablet for browsing internet compare to their smartphone, besides these owners also spend 56% more time on their Tablet for gaming apps compare to spend on their smartphone.

The survey reveals that 25% of owners  use their Tablet for business purpose. On the other side, 37% Tablet owners are more likely to buy a new Tablet within next 12 months. In addition to these, a fact has also come into the notice that more than one-half (61%) of owners share their Tablet at least one other person.

Moreover, Amazon has come to the second notch in customer satisfaction and now, company’s new Tablets are available in the market for sales. Amazon’s brand new Kindle Fire HD Tablet is available at market since last Friday. However, users could not purchase the 8.9-inch version of Amazon’s sleek new slate until next month, but they can buy the 7-inch model on the company’s websites for just $199.
