Instacube: Take Your Instagram Experience To A New Level [Video]

Must Read

The evolution of startup ecosystem across the globe is just being better and better with each passing day. In order to take a smart lap, Startups are trying to leverage over products/ services that are already buzzing in the market and Instacube is one among them. A real-time square size digital photo-frame displays the photos from your Instagram account anywhere and anytime instantly.

An Android powered device, developed by Hong Kong based company called D2M, Instacube pulls the images clicked by you using Instagram as they happen. In fact, you can also set filter on display images by binding it with hasgtags.

The device is complete an independent console, running on Wi-Fi and could be placed any where with a larger group. The intelligent use of the device could be very beneficial in a scenario like events where a large group of people can click photos using instagram on their smartphone, tagging with pre-defined event hashtag and Instacube could keep displaying it on a single screen.

I am not sure at this, whether there is any provision to connect Instacube with any external giant screen like TV or Projector but if it’s there, surely this could be one of the most beneficial instrument for public events focused on photography or creativity. This also could be used for anonymous contest for the best click in any city, place, location or event and I am sure there would be much more of this in coming few days.

This is not the first time when a company has tried to roll-upon much hyped Instagram. After Facebook’s much talked (and controversial ) acquisition of Instagram – a company with null revenue in books – for whopping $1 Billion, Instragarm became the part of attraction for many tech startups who are trying to make best use of mix culture of Facebook, mobile and clicks.

Anyways, here is the video of Instacube that displays various features, hardware details and utilization in various scenarios. Undoubtedly, a great idea transformed into a great product.
