Samsung Announced To Launch Galaxy Note 10.1 Later This Month: What’s Unique In The Tablet?

Must Read

We have already discussed about the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tab. Previously, it was expected to be launched on August 15 of this year. However, Samsung unveiled first time the Tablet at MWC event in February this year. But, today it has publicly announced to launch the device later this month. The Galaxy Note 10.1 will offer functionality and precision of pen and paper to users on a larger 10.1 inch screen. Undoubtedly, it will boost creativity, learning ability and productivity of businesses, professionals and students.

Specification of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tab

While we talk about the any device, specification of the device spontaneously comes into the mind. However, I have already described the specification, but this time, it’s important to elaborate in nutshell. The device will have 1.4 GHz quad core processor and 2 GB RAM for enhanced performance (previously some sources revealed 1 GB, while some said 2 GB). However, the company has not officially confirmed about the mobile OS whether it will be Android’s latest ‘Jelly Bean’ or Ice Cream Sandwich. The Galaxy Note 10.1 Tab  will be available in three connectivity options; first with Wi-Fi only, second with Wi-Fi and 3G HSPA+ connectivity and third with Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity. Options first and second will be available later this month, but option third will be launched later this year. In addition to these, the Tablet will have 5 MP rear camera and 1.9 MP front facing camera.

Purpose Of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tab

The Tablet has basically been designed to access information (easier and faster), multi-tasking purpose and capturing the ideas. Samsung Galaxy Note Phablet (hybrid of Smartphone and Tablet) has proven itself in the market and Samsung is trying to provide the same features (Smartphone Stylus features) to Tablet users. The larger screen of Tab will enhance users’ ability to produce, create and customize the contents which are not available on any products of the market.

On the 10.1-inches Tablet, users can perform side by side multitasking. There are lots of unique tools such as S Pen with variety of S Note templates and productive tools. Users can view web page and web content on one-half of the page and they can write and sketch their ideas with the S Pen on the other half of the page simultaneously. Indeed, the Galaxy Note 10.1 Tab has been optimized for the creation of personalized and expressive contents in the most natural way.

Some Other Features

The 10.1 inch Tab has some optimized applications such as S Note, S Planner, Crayon Physics, Adobe Photoshop Touch and Polaris Office. Besides these, the Tablet has encompassed some other features such Smart Stay (ensure the screen ), Pop Up Play (allows videos to watch anywhere on screen simultaneously running other tasks), AllShare Play (sharing the content with large group in real time) and more.

Anyway at present, the company is trying to leverage over the popularity of its Phablet. But, it’s difficult to speculate about success of the device due to intense competition in the Tablet market. At present, Tablet vendors are focusing on 7-inch screen size and launching 10 inch screen size Tablet could be a wrong decision for the company.
