iPad 2 The Least And Coby Kyros The Most Problematic Tablet Ranked Ever !


The online shopping of the last holiday session was considered as all time high estimated to $35.3 billion as revenue between Nov1 to Dec 25, 2011. The online shopping revenue was increased due to appreciated sales volume of Smartphones and Tablets. A research firm reported that Apple was at the top in mobile online shopping satisfaction in last holiday session and scored 85 out of 100 points scale. Apple dominated in mobile online shopping with 92% market share in the last holiday session. Overall, Smartphone and Tablets was most preferable products for last holiday session.  Similarly, a product Q&A site—Fixya—has reported that iPad 2 was the least problematic Tablet in the same session.

Fixya observed number of iOS and Android devices in the holiday’s season and marked number of issues related to these devices. The site also investigated number of consumers’ product including Sony Playstation, Nintendo DS Lite and more. iPhone owners were mostly interested to fix up the battery issues, whereas, Android owners were occupied with call quality and screen freezing issues.

The Q&A firm found that most issues had occurred with Microsoft Xbox (188,482) followed by Sony Playstation 3 that had 183,155 issues. However, Nintendo DS Lite came at the last with 56,821 issues, whereas, Microsoft office pro 2007, Apple iPhone, and Samsung Star GT- S5233 were at fourth, fifth, and sixth position in problematic issues respectively.

The firm had also concentrated over Tablets’ issues and found that the Coby Kryos was the most problematic Tablet followed by the Galaxy Tab. It’s well known that Samsung Smartphone has a good penetration over the market but it’s has less grasp over Tablet segment. Samsung’s Tablet isn’t as reliable as Apple’s iPad 2. Amazon’s Kindle Fire had issues related to screen freeze and internet connectivity.  On the other hand, Sony Reader Touch edition PRS-600 had also issues related to screen and compatibility.

However, Q&A site has endeavored to highlight the issues related to consumers’ product in last holiday season. The attempt of the site might be helpful for the manufacturer to resolve the problem in order to make impact in users’ mind.
