As U.S. Presidential elections are just at next corner, contenders are trying their level best to attract more and more people with the help of social media sites. Each of the contenders have started using social networking site in more fervent manner as compare to earlier days. They are more frequently updating their status, uploading new pics and participating in debates on social media networking sites especially on Facebook.

During last U.S. Presidential elections, social networking sites had already proved itself as one of the best medium for promoting campaigns. So, taking in view of past results, contenders are showing keen interest in promoting their campaigns on Facebook as Facebook had been declared as the best site for promoting campaigns by advertisers and marketers. Also, users attached with Facebook fromU.S.are around 157 million which is equivalent to 51 percent of the overall U.S.population. Social media analysis firm Socialbakers has released an Infographic on U.S. presidential candidates that contains many interesting facts and upcoming combat.

Personally, I think promoting campaigns on Social Networking site is the best way. Since number of users attached with social networking sites is near about 1.6 billion and influencing such number of users will definitely help candidates in securing their spot within upcoming government.
