Mobile phones are generally the tool of young generation. However, with the minimized generation gap, youths and students have adopted this in quite a numbers. So, what they do with mobile phones beyond calling and texting – Much more and than what many professionals and business people do !

A recent study, done by Hack college, has revealed that students are by far much more active with their mobile phones than other generations. They consider mobile phone as a true multi-functional device with extensive use of various applications, services and much more. The study reveals many shocking facts which are quite harmful for students.  Nearly 90 percent of students use their phones while being inside the class and almost 25 percent students see porn on their mobile.

Interestingly, majority of students – 57 percent – have Smartphones and the social media is the most popular activity among students with 97 percent usage. College has released all the facts in a  form of infographic which is quite helpful to understand the students habits with their mobile phone :
