 Samsung Electronics, a leading mobile phone manufacturer, yesterday revealed Omina W for its Omina series smartphones. This new smartphone will be running on Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 7.5, codename Mango. With the announcement of Omina W its clear that Samsung which is dominating the Android market with its Galaxy series smartphones, is now planning to dominate  the Windows Phone market too.  JK Shin, President and Head of Samsung’s Mobile Communication Says,“We are excited about the potential for Windows Phone and the possibilities it opens for Samsung customers. This new smartphone from Samsung unlocks new capabilities for the mobile users because of the latest Window Phone 7.5 which provides rich multimedia content, advanced connectivity and powerful performance on the go. As usual, Samsung Omnia W owns a sleek and stylish design. It has a brilliant 3.7 inch Super Amoled display which gives the phone more vivid visuals for viewing photos, videos and web content. The powerful 1.4 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and 8 GB of internal memory gives the phone new capabilities of smoother processing, enriched web surfing, glitch-free mobile gaming and amazing editing experience. The device is integrated with 14.4 Mbps HSPA connectivity which provide users high-speed web browsing and blazing fast media downloads. Omnia W features a rear 5 MP camera with LED flash and a front VGA camera.
