Linkedin Celebrates 100 Million Members Mark [Infography]

Undoubtedly, it is a celebration day for Linkedin. Company has announced that it has reached much awaited 100 Million members mark from 22 different countries across the globe today. According to company, the website – leader in professional networking – is adding 1 Million new members every week and growing and topping up one member with every passing second.

Interestingly, little less than 10% of overall members are from India and about 50% members are from outside U.S. To make this event more memorable, Linkedin has launched a portal where users can login and submit their “success story”

“We are making great progress towards our ultimate goal which is to connect all of the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful and are also rapidly growing our network globally. We want to thank all of you, our 100 million members, for making this happen. Your experiences, connections, and shared knowledge are what make LinkedIn so powerful to each and every one of us,” Jeff Weiner, CEO, LinkedIn has written in a blog post.

Besides thanking to all its users, company has also released an Infography which reveals many interesting facts and figures about Linkedin.
