Noida, India-based InfoSecure Consulting has launched TimTara.com, an online retailer that currently offers products across different categories like laptops, mobile phones, cameras, branded shirts, perfumes, watches, books, flowers and customized mugs. The portal has major brands like Nokia, Sony, Apple, Nikon, Disney, Nike, Gucci, Lacoste, Chanel and Versace on board retailing their products and services.

Arindam Bose, co-founder and chief customer officer, TimTara.com, has said, “We, at TimTara, believe in offering 360 degree delight factor to our consumers throughout — be it browsing the site, ordering, making payments or even delivering the shipment. We understand the needs of the discerning consumers and have offerings that are endearing and show a sense of maturity and independence.”

“At TimTara we believe in lifelong customers. If customers do not come back to us then we are doing something wrong. That is why we have a chief customer officer (CCO) at the top of our organization (not a CEO or MD),” TimTara has said, adding, “We see ourselves as a service company in the retail business. That is why after our product is delivered to our customers, we make a call to the customer to check their satisfaction.”

  2. I placed an order on May 28th, 2011. Order No. 10037079. And after around 7-8 repetitive calls, finally on June 8th,  the customer care executive says that “product is out of stock”. And I need to wait another 10 days for the delivery of product. Gr888888 show…… In todays time, who will wait 20 days for the delivery of one mobile. You lost one valuable customer forever.
