A portal for young Enterpreneurs & SMBs

Must Read

Bangalore-based Aspire Media has launched SmallEnterpriseIndia.com that aims to provide industry statistics, opportunities in the market and relevant business trends to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India. According to Aspire Media, the portal also aims to bring young entrepreneurs and industry experts on a common platform to share information and identify business opportunities present in the growing SME sector in the country.

“SmallEnterpriseIndia.com is dedicated to providing current news and related information from the medium-sized business economy to the SMB fraternity. The portal will facilitate direct exchange between the large networking of the Indian SMB community and other entrepreneurs in the small and medium-sized business segment, connecting them to opportunities available domestically and globally,” Dojo Jose, publisher, SmallEnterpriseIndia.com and CEO, Aspire Media, has said.

According to a recent market research report by IDC, even as the global economy struggles to recover from an unprecedented economic crisis, India is one of the few countries that are expected to record a healthy growth of 7 per cent for fiscal 2009-10. A significant proportion of all Indian businesses fall under the small and medium enterprise segment. So, a broad-based, sustainable growth in the Indian economy can emerge only if the country’s SMEs record a healthy growth.

“The editorial of SmallEnterpriseIndia.com will focus on in-depth coverage of the Indian small and medium businesses, success stories, case studies, tips and tricks, expert advice, and so on,” Krishna Kumar CK, editor, SmallEnterpriseIndia.com, has said. “This will enable the target audience to communicate, collaborate and understand the industry, market as well as opportunities available locally and globally in a better way.”
