The rumor of Apple’s third generation iPad 3 has been riffed everywhere and folks are excited to own the Tablet. The previous anecdote predicted that the device would have the high resolution screen with the specification of “Retina Display”. The speculation seems to be ended because a Chinese newspaper (via-Focus Taiwan) —The Economic Daily—has revealed that the gadget could be launched in the mid-first quarter of the next year or by the end of March. The Chinese newspaper has also explained that the company wants to provide a memorabilia for the Steve’s birth anniversary by introducing “Retina Display”.
The newspaper states, “After the iPhone 4S successfully took the tech market by storm, the iPad3 is widely expected to be Apple’s first hit product to be released next year. Industry sources said the first shipment of the iPad3 could exceed 4 million units. Because it is a new gadget, it is taking time for makers in the supply chain to raise their yield rates. The sources said all OEM and ODM makers have exercised great caution in ensuring the smooth operations of their production lines.”
The Apple’s favorite contract manufacturer—Foxconn—has reportedly instructed to their employees to work hard in the Lunar New Year holidays. The company has also instructed that some of their employees would have to do overwork in order to complete the manufacturing of the product before the schedule time frame.
Similarly, the battery manufacturer—Simplo, the connector maker–Amer and optical lens manufacturer—Genius, all have instructed their employees to focus on their job and also said that their holidays might be shortened. Frequently, it has been seen that Apple releases its major products—iPhones and iPads—on Friday and it’s coincidental that 24 February falls on Friday.
The working strategy of the different contract manufacturers depict that something special is going to happen very soon. Hearsay about its MacBook might seem in vague but the iPad 3 has huge possibility of launch. The release date is expected to emerge on 24 February due to three reasons: Friday release, report of Chinese newspaper and birth anniversary of its former chairman Steve Jobs. Anyway, people are keen to have an iPad 3 in their hands and they are interested to scroll their finger on highly attractive high resolution “Retina display” screen.
