Each year Google publish the Zeitgeist on the basis of most popular and fastest rising searches terms based on different categories from all across the world. Today, Google has published the Zeitgeist 2011 which includes the most popular and fastest rising search terms took place in 2011.
This year in Zeitgeist’s most popular people section Web celebrity Rebecca Black is on top of the list. She is the most popular and fastest rising search terms all across the world due to huge demand of her album “Friday”. She has been followed by Adele, whose album “21” rocked the music industry with 208,000 copies sold in a week in UK only to debut as number one on the UK album list and continued the dream run for consecutive 16 weeks. Next position in this list goes to reality star Ryan Dunn, who died in a car accident. He is also the most searched people after Rebecca and Adele. Steve Jobs, Apple Ex-CEO, also made the list with most searched people all across the world.
